Crews signing up for the Clipper Race come from all walks of life, a wide variety of backgrounds and from all corners of the globe. But they are all united by the same thing - to experience a true adventure that will provide them with a lifetime of rich memories.

Thanks to social networking sites it has never been easier for crews to keep in touch and share their experiences. Clipper has established several sites and you can find us on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

This online community can share photographs and videos, report back on their training and race experiences, discuss kit requirements with crews who have already taken on the Clipper Race and plan upcoming travel arrangements with fellow crew.

Of course, once you have signed up as Clipper crew you will receive regular newsletters and briefings on vital aspects of the race such as visa requirements, inoculations, travel advice and timetables detailing when you need to be in port for the start of your adventure.
