Race 3 to Cape Town starts today

Leg 2 of the Clipper 13-14 Round the World Yacht Race starts today as the crews prepare for the race from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Cape Town, South Africa.

Race 3 starts at 1400 in Rio de Janeiro (1700 UTC). To follow the action, follow the official twitter and Facebook channels.

The fleet is expected to arrive in Cape Town between 26-28 October and will be berthed at the V&A Waterfront.
