A group worked today on the halyards to protect them from chafing and there is a good team spirit and enjoyment.
The blue swelling sea and the glorious constellations at night with a perfect wind behind us are some of the reasons why we have taken on this challenge of crossing the Atlantic. We are getting to know each other, and what skills everyone has.
Our skipper Sean has the magic touch, we can struggle to sort out a problem and he resolves it in an instant. We all have great respect for him. There is a long way to go and we are ready for the challenge.
