The past few weeks have allowed me to share some Bermudian culture and information with the other crew onboard GoToBermuda such as island music, island life, Gombeys, beaches, food and drinks etc.

We have spent the past two weeks talking about what there is to do in Bermuda, and I have made a very long list that we are are going to try to get through while we are there; things such as windsurfing, freediving, spearfishing, visiting local bars, having a Woody's fish sandwich and visiting all of Bermuda’s beautiful secluded beaches that many tourists don't know about. *Sorry other crew, you must be a part of the GoToBermuda crew to join ;)

Onboard the yacht, we have our different watches which are named after some popular beaches in Bermuda! These include Horseshoe Beach, Shelly Bay and Tobacco Bay! Even though I am part of Horseshoe Beach watch, I have decided to not take sides as I enjoy all three beaches equally…although deep deep down, Horseshoe Beach is my favourite! The thought of sailing into our home port in a few weeks time is really starting to set in for the entire crew. Each day we know we are a couple of hundred miles closer to an island paradise with the best tasting rum in the world! Dark & Stormys T-5 weeks!!!
