VISIT SANYA TARGETS UK MARKET

 

Visit Sanya targeted thousands of tourists visiting St. Katharine Docks, London by setting up a public engagement activation in the heart of the Clipper Race FanZone. The Visit Sanya team provided the opportunity for passers-by to watch and even try out traditional Li-Culture activities such as leaf blowing and playing the nose flute.

FanZone visitors entered a social media competition to win an all-expenses trip to Sanya during the Clipper Race stopover in February 2020. The social competition aimed to educate entrants about not needing a visa to enter Sanya if they were from one of the 59 visa-free countries, and the new direct flight from London to Sanya’s Phoenix airport.
