TIMEZERO showcase TZ Professional to local contacts

In May of this year, TIMEZERO by MaxSea held a training session for all Skippers and AQPs who were gearing up for Race Start at the Clipper Race Headquarters. During this session, their technical trainer explained all functionalities and new tools available in the latest version of TZ Professional, V4, which is installed on all of the Clipper 70 yachts racing around the world. The opportunity to check in with the Skippers and AQPs to see how the knowledge gained during this session has been transferred to their crew and continually applied during the race so far was taken, and TIMEZERO by MaxSea now have some great video content to increase the promotion of their product as a central function on board the yachts.

During the Punta del Este stopover, TIMEZERO by MaxSea gave a couple of their local Uruguayan business contacts the opportunity to visit the marina and witness all the activity taking place as the Clipper 70s were in dock. They went on board one of the yachts for a discussion with the Skipper and AQP to see how they are applying what was learnt during the pre-race training session. Although the guests were well aware of the TZ Professional product, this gave a truly unique insight into how the software is used by the entire Race Crew and how they manage the tool onboard whilst embarking on the unique journey of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. The key topic areas discussed during the session were: Position Reports, Weather Forecasts Display, Routing, Security and Meteogram.
