Unfortunately, Sanya, China has confirmed that it is unable to host the Clipper 2019-20 Race as planned due to government restrictions and extended quarantine time as a result of the ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic.

Sanya’s Serenity Marina is a hub of marine activity regularly hosting major regattas including the Round Hainan Regatta, after making its debut visit during Leg 5 of the 2017-18 edition.
