Morning All,

Yesterday we had a wet and wild night, beam reach, with quite a nice side swell, allowing the waves to hit the side and spray over the crew in the cockpit. This of course led to huge laughs to start with then the novelty wore off and it was just ohh's. Eventually this morning it was just ignored as the waves continued to pop over the side.

We were so looking forward to the moon last night, and although the light lit up the skies, we had cloud most of the night and hardly saw it. What a waste as what we did see was just brilliant. Of course, this also meant that there were no stars either. Quite a visually disappointing night. Not a fish, dolphin or anything...

Heather and Josh made up for it this morning by making some new type of bread for us... plaited! Yes I know, I don't understand it all either but it tasted great. It also helped the crew get up for the watch this morning, as we have been heeled over quite hard for the night and the guys were struggling to sleep with the constant wave movement and the side to side motion. Amazing how good food can perk you up. Thanks guys.

So, on with our trim NW looking forward at the route in and hoping for wind later but not too sure at this stage, so all hold thumbs and cross fingers for us to have a bit of good Juju (a new word I have learnt from Chris) for our final 1000 nm.

Cheers
