We had thought our corkscrew was left behind in Bermuda, but we’ve since found it and we are heading back on course for Ireland. Certainly a risk attempting to recover said cork screw, needing to sail faster than the rhumb line gang. The blistering barnacled light winds prevailed and we have lost over 200miles on the front runners.

Yet, the crew are showing resilience and are all helming under the kite. The days are filled with stunning blue skies and familiar stars in the evenings. We’ve just passed a ship named Treasure making way for Canada, alas we continue east. Banging tunes from our DJ Jo with whales, tuna and dolphins dancing alongside - truly awesome. Our rookie Jamie, playing Mother, is also busting some moves bouncing around the galley, then whizzing up on deck for kite drops and sail changes. Lots of mucking in for one another - so we’re feeling good in the Korean hood.

Cheers,

Johnny, Rob and our tanned cool cucumber crew
