Good morning,

Today has been a fairly normal day on Imagine your Korea, we have been whizzing along and knocking yet more miles off our miles to go. No fireworks here tonight, but lots of action.

The sea state has been a little bouncy and winds up to 40 knots, but because the wind is aft of our beam, the ride is lively but bearable.

The stronger winds have given some of the guys a chance to go surfing on our magnificent 70 foot sailing machine and most notably Thierry our mad Swiss man took the day off from gathering data to drive the yacht like a downhill skier performing a vertical descent down a black run.

There was some contention of who had the fastest surf but 24 knots was commonplace.

Cafe 40, our in-house dining suite has had its daily change in management and today Nick Hussey has been delivering his latest delight and I saw him in the galley late last evening preparing an awesome looking breakfast.

We are now in Stealth Mode, which means that our competitors can't see that we are off back to Punta del Este to have one of those delightful steaks, (don't worry Race Office...not really!)

Gillian Donald thought she saw a fluorescent dolphin; all I can say is that the mushrooms that nick served were just magic!

We had hoped to see some penguins but not today maybe we will be lucky in Cape Town.

We actually had a rainbow of our own today on the bow, there was a consequential stampede of crew going to the bow in search of a pot of gold, alas no finders.

Less than 900nm to go when you read this, and we are cracking 260+ per day so rock on that South African beer.

Normal love and regards,

Mike, Sam and the Crew of Imagine your Korea
