Good morning from the yellow boat!

Today I felt the warmth of North Africa in the wind. I love sailing around these waters. I grew up in Melilla, a Spanish enclave in the north of Africa, and sailing along the coast of Morocco brought back childhood memories.

Today has been a challenging day with light winds and having to gybe numerous times. During these lack of winds, we got the ukulele out, did some yoga, and organised groups to do splicing, sail repair, and engine maintenance. We had numerous dolphin visitors, they are amazing creatures, at night with the glow of the dark and the fluorescence of the water.

Wind is increasing, giving us that needed speed, moving us forward to complete this epic journey. We'll round the Canaries in the next couple of days, then Cape Verde and the infamous calms of the Doldrums. All is good.

Kind Regards,

Jeronimo
