Just a quick blog today! We can see the Whitsunday Islands now! Just 47 nautical miles to go.

We need to do two gybes to get around the north end of the islands, so I need to get on deck now to help with the first of the two gybes. If there is still time afterwards I will add to this blog, otherwise, dear readers, I'm afraid that's it from on board Zhuhai until the start of the next leg!

...OK, well that gybe went well. 8 knots now, straight towards our next waypoint. Robbie Worthington was up in the bow helping the clew of the spinnaker around. Dan Dauwe easing the old working sheet, Magnus Irvin pulling in the new one. Dave Deisley and Paul Davison on the grinders. Wu Kefu and Yang Yang sorting out the foreguys and barber hauler. Went pretty much like clockwork. One more gybe to do, then Yankee and Staysail up, Spinnaker down, head towards the finish line!

...and ice cream...and beer...and bed.
