Race 7 - Day 6
Crew Diary - ​Race 7 Day 6
10 February

Hello everyone,

We are now on day 6 of the race and I am loving every part of it, although it's incredibly hot. We’ve been doing great in catching up with the other fleet members and we are now in 5th position, which is okay, but we are still fighting for a podium win.

Life on board has been mostly exciting for me so far, we’ve been living our lives on a 45-degree angle, now tell me that’s not epic. I have an amazing family on board making sure that everyone is okay and having fun, because what’s a happy family without fun?

Speaking about fun, some of our crew members had a visit from a friend which was sea sickness, and of course I was one of the crew members who fell for the trap and allowed the friend on board. None the less we recovered and got on with our lives.

Currently we are in the doldrums, and I am looking forward to seeing the wildlife of which we haven’t seen any except for two snakes in the ocean which is very wild I mean have you ever thought you’ll see a snake in the ocean?
