As we move into the second half of this race, the boat has settled into a healthy routine. The days are measured by the watches and the move onto Mother watch, cooking and cleaning, every 5 days. Our weekend is almost over, not that we would know that. All we are doing is keeping the mighty PSP Logistics moving as fast as we can towards Sanya.

We are making our way past the northern end of the Philippine Islands and we shall be crossing the Mariana Trench, the deepest part of the ocean in the world - deeper than the height of Mount Everest. Not that we would know that. The sea is a deep blue and there is not a lot of life around. Occasional flying fish, but no dolphins or turtles to come and say hello.

We have now got some baisc communication back so that we can at least send email via the office. Everyone is pleased that has been enabled.

It is noticeable that as we move further north and west, the dusk becomes longer and late. We shall be changing our watch times soon.
