Connect with Clipper Race web streams from Australia

The Clipper Race fleet’s departure from the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia ahead of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race will be streamed live online. 

The 12-strong fleet will be departing Rushcutters Bay on Boxing Day to start one of the most famous offshore yacht races in the world.

The show is expected to start at 0900 local on 26 December (2000 UTC on Christmas Day evening in the UK) yachts will start to depart from 1000 local The Rolex Sydney Hobart Race is Race 6 of the Clipper Race and will start at 1300 local time in Sydney (0200 UTC). 

And on Christmas Eve there’ll be a special ‘Clipper Race Christmas’ show with messages to and from the teams, highlights from the race so far and a look ahead to the next race. Details on where to watch the live streams and confirmation of timings will be posted soon.
