Qingdao Update

The Qingdao team has asked the Clipper Race Office if it can accept eleventh position and therefore one race point and in turn motor across the Finish Line. The decision was based on the extremely light wind into Punta del Este.

This request has been accepted and therefore Qingdao has now ceased racing and will make best speed to port.
