Race 9 - Day 2

Hello,

Day 2 and this is more like what I was expecting, the wind has abandoned us, leaving us wallowing in less than ideal winds. We are still moving, just not particularly quickly. Last night was another great night though, the team performed well, perfectly executing two gybes just before the end of the sprint then a smooth change from kite to Yankee as we entered the second Dell Latitude Rugged Ocean Sprint, well it was almost perfect apart from us damaging our Staysail by grinding the sheet on while it was on deck. These things happen and we will endeavour to make sure they don't happen again.

Now we're in for a light 24 hours or so, so we have to make the most out of the little wind we have, pushing on towards the top gates and getting ready for what should be a fantastic quick run down the third sprint with some lovely forecast wind.
