Host Port and Team Partner
Seattle
Power of Seattle Sports
Returning as a Host Port Partner, this edition celebrates ten years of partnership between Seattle and the Clipper Race, and the five visits makes Seattle the most featured US city on the Clipper Race route.
Passionate about promoting pathways into sport and women in sport, Seattle’s values align closely with the Clipper Race; Angela, who has followed the Clipper Ventures pathway from First Mate to Race Skipper, feels strongly about accessibility of sport and women in the industry and the duo is looking forward to showing the world that women are strong and capable.

“IN MY ROLE I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE IT A SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGN. FOR THE TEAM, THE PARTNERS AND FOR MYSELF ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. I AM EXPECTING A RACE TO REMEMBER, WITH A LOT OF FUN, HARDSHIP, PUSHING OUR LIMITS AND MOVING BOUNDARIES. I CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT THERE AND DEAL WITH EVERYTHING NATURE IS GOING TO THROW AT US. "
“WE ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY!”
