Booking Terms & Conditions
If you book to participate in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race or any other event operated by Clipper Ventures, you will be required to accept separate Booking Terms & Conditions.
Those Booking Terms & Conditions govern, among other things:
the specific event, leg(s) or package you have chosen
pricing and payment
cancellations, changes and refunds
participant responsibilities and conduct
medical and fitness requirements
risk acknowledgements and waivers
insurance requirements
limitations and exclusions of liability
complaints and dispute resolution
In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and the Booking Terms & Conditions, the Booking Terms & Conditions prevail in relation to the booked services.
Governing law and jurisdiction

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
