RYA Yachtmaster Training
Already have thousands of ocean miles behind you? Build on your Clipper Race Training and experience with Hamble School of Yachting’s dedicated eight-week Fast Track programme.
Designed specifically for Clipper Race Crew, it combines expert tuition, dedicated mentoring and practical training aboard 37-40ft yachts to develop your seamanship and skipper skills as you work towards the internationally recognised RYA Yachtmaster qualification.

Yes. As a Race Crew Alumni, you're welcome to enter events such as the Knox-Johnston Cup and Clipper City Challenge, offering the chance to get back on the water with fellow crew and experience racing once again.
Absolutely. From high-latitude expeditions with SKIRR Adventures to advanced sailing qualifications through the Hamble School of Yachting, there are plenty of ways to build on your Clipper Race experience.
Yes. Many alumni return to race another leg or take on the full circumnavigation in a future edition. If you’re ready for another challenge, we’d love to welcome you back – and as an alumnus, you’ll save at least 10% on your race fees.

The Clipper Race community stays connected through alumni events, reunions and social media – there's even a dedicated Facebook Group for Clipper Race Alumni. Many crews continue to organise their own get-togethers and adventures long after Race Finish.
