Qingdao Skipper Philip Quinn is leaving the Clipper Race in Panama.

Deputy Race Director, Max Rivers, will be the Skipper of Qingdao for the Panama Canal transit. Clipper Race Manager, Hannah Brewis, will then lead the team on Stage 11 up to Washington, DC, supported by First Mate, Amy Smith. Both Hannah and Max were Skippers on the Clipper 2023-24 Race and First Mates on the 2019-20 edition.

The Qingdao Skipper for Leg 8 will be confirmed in due course.
