23 July 2018

Race Finish is almost here. Our boats are five days away from completing their round the world adventure. So it’s now time to open up the nominations for our very last Stormhoek Social Spirit Award. And this one is even more special. We are asking you to nominate the team that has shown the very best spirit over the past eleven months – whilst racing 40,000 nautical miles, experiencing 14 metre waves, days of wind holes, living in close quarters and being so far away from home. Which team has gone above and beyond during their adventure – demonstrating the very best teamwork and determination.

You can nominate a team for a previous winning reason or for something new.

Entries will close at 18:00 on Thursday 26 July.

The Stormhoek Social Spirit Award celebrates true team spirit and gives Clipper Race followers the chance to nominate the team they believe has shown real strength throughout the race.
