CLIPPER 2025-26 RACE SURVEY PRIZE DRAW

Promoter The promoter is Clipper Ventures Plc, Royal Clarence Yard, Weevil Lane, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 1AX, company number 03087938 (“Clipper Ventures”).

Eligibility The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who took part in the Clipper 2025-26 Race as crew and who complete the 2025-26 Clipper Race Crew Survey during the survey period. Entrants must provide their contact details where requested in order to be eligible for the prize draw. Employees of Clipper Ventures and members or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter Entry is free. The survey opens on Monday 14 September 2026 and closes at 2359 on Sunday 4 October 2026. Entry into the prize draw will be optional upon completion of the survey, on the basis that relevant contact details are provided when requested. Only one entry per person will be permitted. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey responses received prior to the Survey closing date. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

The prize One winner will receive a Clipper Race NITE Watch (RRP £590). The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Clipper Ventures reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance.

Notification The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided within 7[NB5] days of the prize draw. Clipper Ventures will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first being contacted, Clipper Ventures reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. The surname and country of residence of the winner will be available on request for one month after the closing date; the winner may object to this by contacting info@clipper-ventures.com. Any wider announcement of the winner will only be made with the winner’s consent.

General Clipper Ventures’ decision in relation to the prize draw and winner selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Data protection Any personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner, in accordance with Clipper Ventures’ applicable privacy policy, available at https://www.clipperroundtheworld.com/privacy-policy

Acceptance of terms By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
